Because fragrance is an intimate and personal product, we follow a strict but fair policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our collection.

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened and fully sealed
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided

To request an exchange, contact us via Instagram DM or email within the 7-day window and we'll guide you through the process.

We Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges If:

  • The item has been opened or used
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The item was purchased during a sale or promotion
  • The original packaging has been damaged or discarded

Damaged or Wrong Item?

We take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end.

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, please:

  • Take a clear photo of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send the photo via Instagram DM or email

We will arrange a full exchange at no extra cost to you, including covering the return shipping.
